Pathetic Service

I would give a zero if I could. I placed an order on 2 April 2025, but got zero confirmation. I sent the seller a message on WhatsApp enquiring about whether the order was received on the 4th of April, as there was still no correspondence. On the 6th of April the seller responded, promising that she would soon send an invoice. I have not yet received any invoice or updates, despite numerous attempts to message and call her. I am now considering the small claims court to get my money back
