The support from the Sensible Solar team is just top notch

The support from the Sensible Solar team is just top notch. They have a dedicated whatsapp chat group per client and are always extremely responsive. We've had untold issues in Ballito with power supply which has tested the limits of my battery and inverters, and from helping me understand what's going on in my system, to directing me to press the right buttons, to proactively pointing out my battery breaker needs resetting, they're always on hand. My install was 2 years ago and they've still got my back. Very comforting when the last thing I want in an unstable power situation is a shocking experience!
