extremely rude

I called in behalf of a friend who borrowed a cooler box to a company who hired sense of taste as a caterer for an event. this company accidentally carried away the cooler box when collecting their items. I called today just to ask when it will be delivered not knowing that someone already called. The person who answered gave bad attitude and put the phone down in my ear! What business does that to people. They look like some awesome catering company but treat people like you calling to kfc. honestly disgusted by their filthy attitude.
