Poor management behaviour

I went to an interview yesterday (19-March-2018) at 10:00 am at Sensationnel (Randburg) and I was welcomed by the HR manager and her assistant. We did our formal greetings and I proceeded to the boardroom with the HR manager. I asked where I should sit, and she told me I could sit anywhere. The HR manager left the boardroom and came back with her assistant, she then said to me she is the one who’s suppose to interview me but she won’t be doing the interview because I did not smile, her assistant will do the interview with me. This did not sit well with me and I ended up leaving without the interview being conducted because I did not see any value in me sitting and being interviewed by the assistant who was not the intended person to interview me. I was really shocked by the HR Manager’s behavior, she could have atleast conducted the interview and during the interview inform me that in their company they require people to smile all the time. I wasted my petrol money to travel to this place just to be told that I did not smile. I have been to so many interviews and never in my life have I been treated this way.
