Don't get a cake from Sensational Suga!

Just had a shocking experience with Crystal from sensational Suga! <br> <br> I got Crystal to make 2 cakes for my 2 daughters. Their party theme is Aqua and light pink, their favorite colors. I sent Crystal a detailed brief via email with their invitations showing the colors. I ended up with a bright pink and primary blue cake!!! Clearly Crystal doesn't check orders! On pointing out the error to her, she simply stated I paint their names in the correct color with acrylic paint!? Then she proceeded to ignore my messages and calls... Their birthday is tomorrow!!! How am I going to get the correct cakes, I'm in tears! And I paid her in full!!! What shocking service! Wouldn't refer her to anyone!!!
