Sensationally uncomfortable ****y beds.

We bought a bed about a year ago, before it was even a year the bed started sinking on both sides also causing a irritating sound every time you turn while sleeping we've attempted to contact the head office and there is no assistance what so ever this is a terrible bed and I would like my money back or a new quality bed. Even if I took a photo it wouldn't justify itself. Either send someone out to view this **** or come out yourself. I've also had to see a chiropractor for my back and I'm really upset now...
