Zero Customer Service

Last week Thursday the 17/06 I took shoes back that is less than a month old but started tearing, ever since I have had zero feedback or updates if I will be refunded or will the shoes be replaced. Expect you to pay R350 for a pair of shoes that doesn't even last as long as Mr Price shoes that is a fraction of the price.
