Worst Online clothing store ever

I wish I could give it below 0 stars because that’s so much stars they deserve “none” so I ordered pants that were way to small so their sizes really sucks if you wear a 34 you have to order a 42 , anyway I struggled for weeks to have this situation handled then I had to pay a R50 for them to come and collect these pants it took 2 weeks for them to collect then I waited weeks again to get my gift voucher so I purchased something else I didn’t use up all the gift voucher because I had to pay shipping fee with my gift voucher as well, two weeks went by again and my order was delivered my name was on the package and my address but it was the wrong items I emailed them claiming I want a full refund they email me the amount that will be refund but she minus the shipping fee on my refund so not only did they waste my time and money they tried to ***** from me. Do no buy from Senqu online South Africa! Not to be trusted!!!
