The worst online shopping experience EVER!!

I placed an order at Senqu online on 13 May 2025, after 4 days I had to contact them just to confirm if they received my order and get a progress update, because I didnt receive any order confirmation or any other communication from them. Four days after my email to them I received a reply. Telling me it will be shipped within a week, this was a week after I placed the order. Then they sent me a mail informing me that an item from my order is out of stock, I can choose between a voucher or a refund, I chose a voucher but requested that the voucher must include an amount for shipping seeing that I already paid for shipping in my initial order. They rep**** that they cannot do that, and that I can choose an item as a replacement and they will ship it free of charge, which is great! I had a question about an item I wanted and received feedback the following day. I confirmed the design and size I wanted and rep**** that I will pay in the difference as there is a price difference. I haven’t heard from them, I emailed them again and asked for a reply. The lady emailed me on Monday 26 May, apologizing and said they will sort everything out on that same day! It is now 2 days later… again and I havent heard from them!
