Senqu Online Voucher

Your customer service is shocking. I went into your Underberg store to redeem a voucher I was given as a gift. The teller told me vouchers have to be ok'd by head office and asked that I please what a few minutes. Half an hour later I was asked to come back on Monday as head office had not sent the ok through and they do not work on weekends. I will NEVER recommend that anyone buy an online voucher!!!
