I purchased items online, within 4 days the incorrect order was delivered. I immediately e-mailed customer care. I received a prompt response via a phone call to make arrangements for a swap out at a store. I subsequently received an email advising me that the correct items will be dispatched to me and that I should not bother to return the incorrect items as a token of apology. This is my first experience with clothing retail online, and I am thrilled that a mistake was promptly acknowledged and remedied beyond what I had expected.
