Senqu NO refund

I went to the store in Clearwater on Sunday to buy some items. I didn’t try them on as I was in a bit of a hurry. On Monday I returned the items for a refund.

I was refunded back into the card I purchased with and was told it would take 48hours. It’s now Thursday and the money is still not reflecting in my account. I’d like to know when this money will be back in my account?

I also just wanted to mention that I won’t be visiting that store again. When I returned the goods I purchased there was a 10min argument about who was going to phone the owner to refund me, and when the owner was finally called they asked me if I don’t rather want to take something else. I was in an hurry to get home and still had to deal with this too. The store is not very professional and from what o could gather in the store the owner was upset about refunding me. I have every right to be refunded.

Can someone please get back to me as to when this will be sorted out!? I called the store and the lady advised that the money should have been back in my account 24hours later already. She asked that I call head office but if I call them there is no answer???
