Senqu Franschhoek - what is going on at this branch??

I bought short pants for my husband before Christmas in Franschhoek. The staff were sitting on boxes, fixated on cell phones. Maybe time for cameras.

After Christmas, we tried to exchange it for another colour. They had no stock. They made no effort to help us. They hardly knew of other branches. Mentioned Johannesburg, whilst being in Franschhoek!!!!

We requested a refund. They had no money! We requested a credit card refund. They had no money to refund us on the credit card.

What on earth is going on in this branch?

How on earth can a business run like this in the holiday season. It was 9.40 am in the morning.

Senqu head office is not replying to emails.

How must we get a refund?
