Lousy

I bought some shoes from Senqu online. I changed my mind and wished to return them, I tried several times doing it online with no success and emails left unanswered. Eventually I tried going instore but the experience was even worse. There were one laying behind the counter while talking to me, telling me that they can’t help me, the other which I assume was the manager had a very lousy attitude and the other looked like she was going to fall asleep any minute. I did not receive a receipt in the parcel that came with the courier but I showed them all the emails and proof of purchase but they kept on asking for the receipt and did not want to help me, eventually I gave up because you can’t talk to someone and explain if they did not feel like helping you in the first place and not even trying to understand.
