BEWARE OF BUYING FROM SENQU OUTDOOR CLOTHING

I bought several clothing items from the Senqu shop in Franschhoek. We selected a playsuit for my daughter and asked the shop assistant if we could try it on at home and return it if it did not fit. She rep**** "yes certainly, just keep the slip". My daughter tried to return it, as it was ill-fitting, and they said they could not do returns during loadshedding. When I tried to return it, a very unfriendly shop attendant asked what I was taking in it's place. I said 'nothing', as I wanted a refund. She refused a refund. I've never done clothing shopping where I needed to take something upon return. I did not want anything else, as I already bought what I needed. I think the public should be made aware of what is going on in this shop and especially visitors to Franschhoek.
