Poor service

Good morning My name is Mbuyiseli Matthews Gwiji contact number *** I was involved in an accident October 2014 and I claimed via Senotha Attorneys beginning of 2015 and I attended all their specialist until 2019 July where I was left in the dark without any idea of what is happening to date. I tried to call in the office to find out about the way forward instead I will keep on receiving one message from the receptionist telling me that the representative is not in will revert back to me I must leave the message. It happened more than many times and none of the representative will bother to call or email me telling me of what is happening with the case or it was finalized or it's still on. About six of the representatives app**** the same principle to me not informing me of the outcome of the case till date. I phoned RAF more than many times trying to find out about the case instead they told me that my case is still pending with the court date but none of the attorneys representative tried to reach me and explained. If I didn't call their office I won't even know that I am booked for any specialist.
