Sennheiser surprises!

I had two Sennheiser headphones that required repair. Was weary of cost as Sennheiser is a premium brand. Posted a request online and received a call from a very helpful and friendly Annette. Sorted out the problems in no time and very reasonable cost. Had them back in my hand 2 days later Thanks for your help!
