First Interview - disgusting treatment!

<p>How does one person break a young persons morale? My daughter is invited for an interview. Her CV is sent off - the interviewer Lydia Deysel tells my daughter she is unstable. Good Grief. This is my daughters first interview. Surely as a HR Manager she should have people s****s? I have interviewed many candidates, and I can honestly say respect goes a long way. Read CV's before you interview the individual. Respect goes a long way as well as knowing the individual before the interview. Snide comments for an adult person is uncalled for. No you don't have to give her the job, but learn to be more diplomatic, professional and adult. Only children can be that nasty. </p>
