sennex furniture shop in gezina very poor service they offering me

I bought a sleeping couch last year Aug 2020 for cash and senex delivered the couchtomy flat, the couch is broken and I reported it senex and they referred me to the sales consultant who was assisting me last year. He has been promising to come and collect the couch since for the past 4weeks even today he didn't come, he doesn't communicate and I have to call and ask him every time on why they don't show up and he tells me that the management has changed so it's difficult to solve enquiries and promises to come but always no shou and I am not getting any help..sennex used to attend to queries quickly long time ago like 2014 but now no..it's just bad..I am very disappointed and I will never buy again
