couches damaged

We bought leather couches cash in 2013 at sennex voortrekker road in gezina last year the couches started tearing and we informed the store manager whom collected the sofas to be repaired and a bill was sent to us to pay for the repair. This yearagain the sofas started tearing again and when we went to the manager wally he sent sales man piet to come and look at the sofas and the rresponse was that there is nothinghe can do we have to pay agian for the repairs .
