Tonight cold n raining we decided to order in food from Senhor Calistos.. we ordered a full chicken meal with extra sauce which they charge for. I collected the order only to get home and have a dry chicken with not even a drop of sauce which I had paid for.

I then called the store and spoke the Manager William Kapasa who cannot even speak properly on the phone. I asked to bring chicken back n get a refund coz by this time we had already lost our appetite, but they refused to refund or correct it..

This is not the first time we having a issue with Senhor Calistos and get the short end of the stick.. All they can say is Sorry
