Pathethic Service

I called Senhor Calistos at Honeydew on the 22/01/2016 at 17:45 to place an order for delivery. An hour passed by and there was still no delivery. I called back the lady said the delivery man had left already to deliver the food...it was 19:15 and the delivery still did not arrive.. I called the store again and the lady said that the driver was on his way..she was going to call him and call me back which she did not do...I then called back after 1 and half hours and i spoke to a man who said that the driver was new and got lost..there was no mention of this at all before this. At 19:50 the driver calls me and says he is at the gate and I said I don't want the food as the drive was on the road with this food for such a long time what condition would the food be in. This is totally disgusting service I have ever received.
