Customer Service and Packaging improvement

<p>I never seem to receive 100% from Senhor Calistos whenever I buy. </p> <p> </p> <p>Today i I went to buy a half chicken and I asked for extra sauce which costs R5.90. I unfortunately only had R5.05 in my wallet as the manager Pam was happy to take the R5 that I have. Now in my past experiences when I have paid R5.90 for the extra sauce I know it comes in a small little tub. But today when I bought the cooking guy said that the extra sauce is in the package and refused to give me the sauce in the container. After a back and forth for a good 2 minutes with the lady who served me and the gass braai guy decides to give me the extra sauce in a tub.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was so hungry that when i got home that was the first thing I did, was eat. But with every single order I am disappointed to report that the sauce that is in the foam container spills out onto the glad wrap that it's normally wrapped in. Like I seriously think a big improvement is needed in the packing. Every single time the sauce poured on the container seeps through and messes everywhere.</p> <p> </p> <p>thought that atleast this time I got good chicken but on the breast side it was a burnt and on the quarter leg side it was under done. I just wish Calistos could up their game a little better. I didn't enjoy the meal that I was so looking forward to. And I am always giving Calistos a 2nd chance and always get disappointed. </p>
