Placed a phone order after 6pm . Went in to collect at 6:30.. Order was not on the grill yet. Customers were already waiting and the establishment had only 3 customers. <br> Owner does not answer calls from employees. <br> Employees were sitting in the back. <br> <br> I would like to discourage anyone from Kyalami to patronize this establishment. It's sad as I am a frequent patron. <br> <br> It's also alarming as there is a new place that has opened next door and the staff and management should be striving to ensure there existing patrons are kept happy. <br> <br> During my time there a small fire broke out. <br> Chicken was not even done properly when I got home to eat before 8pm. I have pictures .<br> Overall a very bad experience. <br> <br> Next time roccomammas. <br>
