Taking your money without delivering the goods

Great service until they supposedly "have shipped" the goods. Their website pretended to have the items in stock in South Africa. I received a shipping notice and more than 2 weeks later still no product. No reply to my first email querying it. Then after repeated emails they claim it is an "inspection that is taking longer than usual" Several days later still no sign of the goods I paid for.
