Unprofessional handling of client funds

I transferred money to mother on Tuesday morning so that she can have an urgent medical examination. The transaction was supposed to go through in two hours according to the company's page. It's been three days my mum still hasn't received the money. I have tried to contact Senditoo the money transfer company numerous times and they have given me conflicting stories such as the promise to personally deliver the money to her and another that they are facing technical problems. They are not giving me straight answers
