Twillio/Sendgrid are useless

Twice in a year SendGrid and Twillio delete your account without notice and customer service just claims there has never been an email associated with the account if if you have been sending emails for months via their API. Completely useless support giving generic answers such as "must be a user login issue". I wish Azure gives another email service as this is just pathetic
