Terrible Support

We are really struggling with SendGrid's support. We have had a problem for over a month now where we have been unable to upload contact lists and therefore unable to send out campaigns. This has had a massive impact on our business. We have logged multiple tickets, had some help but no one has been able to assist us further and there has been zero response to the majority of our tickets. Please SendGrid, we really need you to up your game here and give better support.
