The Senbono AFT66 is a good looking watch that promises a lot, but it ends there. If the unit they send you comes scratched or poorly finished they’ll deny it and tell you it looks fine. The GPS and most performance metrics, such as pace and cadence are inaccurate so forget any serious training as a runner. The health metrics such as resting heart rate and HRV are WILDY INACCURATE. I verified all this by comparing it to Garmin and Galaxy watch data (I borrowed them from friends when I suspected the AFT66 data was bogus). The Senbono watch may as well have just been guessing. The battery is also *****. The battery life makes big random jumps and the watch charges unbelievably slowly. After only TWO WEEKS of using the watch the screen started freezing and glitching regularly, making the device unusable! Senbono customer care’s solution to this is just “factory reset the device”. I was factory resetting every other day and hard rebooting daily, due to frequent software glitches. This was unbelievably frustrating from a new device that I expected reliability from at the very least. I never expected all the bells and whistles, just something that does the basics well. It failed dismally at that. Fed up with the watch and its issues, I requested a return and they insisted I pay R100 to courier the faulty watch back to them for inspection. I find this bizarre considering their return policy says they will cover courier costs if a fault is reported within 30 days - which I did. Said policy is not even available anywhere on their site when purchasing, mind you. I had to beg to their customer care agent to see their return policy for a week before she sent it, only for them to not follow it! If you make the mistake of paying the R100, they will “inspect it” and then tell you the watch is working just fine. They will not refund your money, or replace the device with a working one regardless the state it is in I can promise you that. Their after sales care is absolutely appalling! Their agent answered my call once and never again after that. They just let the phone ring and respond via WhatsApp messages in their own time. Even when they do respond, they do so with arrogance, show no professionalism, and minimise your concerns to “a joke” - their words not mine. Senbono still has my watch as I write this review, and expect me to pay another R100 to be sent back a glitchy, dysfunctional watch that does not work as advertised. I feel my inability to pay R5000-R10000 for a smar****ch has been taken advantage of. I feel preyed upon and ****med. This is by far the worst purchase I have ever made. PLEASE DO NOT repeat my mistakes PLEASE. Save yourself the money and the trouble.

I bought i smart watch from Senbono South Africa, at the end of October 2025. Im a watch fanatic and there AFT66 just looked like a everyday wear watch in this busy world. I was intrigue with there slogan, SMART, STRONG, and STYLISH. The watch exceeded my expectation and i could track my health, use it whilsh swimming, just a good quality watch. On the beginning of the week, my watch fell of my arm, and i though that the pin on the strap came loose, but on closure inspection i found that the watch casing broke off were the pin for the strap goes. So the watch might be SMART, STYLISH but idoubt if it's STRONG. I got hold of Senbono and attached the photos of the watch, and the only thing that they got to say is, sorry sir we can only sell you a new watch without the straps. Not even can we get the watch to see what could,ve gone wrong nothing. I am unhappy with this, 3 months of having this watch and it broke. So this will mean taking care of something just to know that the changes of it breaking again is good. I wish i could upload a photos of the condition of the watch, so you could see the condition on the watch, been looked after and no damage what so ever. Can you assist me. Regards Edwin
