Disgusting service

Worse experience. I recently purchased a vehicle from senator Auction, which I paid R1000 cash. I was promised that within 21 days I would receive the log book and relevant transfer papers for the vehicle. I was issued with a pending number paper to display in Mr vehicle where I could write the Vin number and other details, which ended on the 5th of.july 2019. Every time I contacted senat9 auction vwith regards to the log book they keep saying they will contact me. It's now the 11th of July and still nothing has been done. I have been stopped.by the traffic police, who now sc****d the vehicle, cause I dont have any paper work for the vehicle. I am now stuck with a vehicle that I was payed for cash that I cannot drive. I have contacted them several times, only to b told they awaiting log book. Please don't fall prey to this Auction, as they take your cash nicely, and when u contact them they give u a run around like me. I am disgusted with the service and I'm still awaiting a call from them , with regards to the logbook.
