Double billed & refusal to refund for 5 months

This business is a ****, they rushed me to pay them via EFT for my booking since they claimed they didn't have payment facilities on site - this is after the payment terms were "payment on site"! Two week before check-in they debited my account and promised to refund end of the same month; this was in August 2019. Every time I call I am told they only run payments once a month and I have been lined up for refund. LIES, LIES!!! And honestly I think they are keeping my money because of my rating after my stay. These people are *********** and are a bunch of *******!!!!!!!!!!
