Poor service

I am a first time buyer of your product and I am not happy at all with how my complaint has been handled. I made an order with Pontsho Mangolo, my order arrived Friday the 13th January 2023. I asked my sister to open the package only to find 4x nuts inside, she then asked how many are supposed to be inside, I then text Pontsho via WhatsApp to ask how many nuts are supposed to be in the package? She then rep**** that their nuts are 6 and they come in a bottle and plastic. I informed my sister that there are supposed to be six, she confirmed that she found the bottle not properly sealed and the other nut fell when she removed the paper inside, so she can see 5x nuts. Pontsho then told me to send the package back to her so she can send me another one. I then asked at whos's expense, she then told me mine. I told her I can't pay for anther delivery, I asked if there's anyone she works with who stays in Mamelodi. She told me she has a business partner that stays in Mamelodi, she will check her schedule, that was around 11h01. I checked with her at 15h20, that's when she told me that I am taking chances and that she deals with people like me daily. I asked what does she mean? I then called and she told me that she will not replace that bottle, she was ****med before and I am ******** her and that I should do whatever I want to do but she is not replacing that bottle for me, she didn't even give me a chance to explain and try to find out what might have went wrong, maybe find out from the delivery company to also check the CCTV footage or something, she just hung up on me. If this is my first experience buying your product, do you think I will come back to buy or refer others? The people selling your staff should go for proper training.
