Poor quality of \ genuine leather"bag"""

I purchased a pricey leather handbag at Sempre cedar square,after one season the leather is peeling. The quality is inferior, unfortunately the owner Refuses to return my calls despite several visits to the store. Customer service is non existent which is shocking considering they advertise their store as being a exclusive boutique. I have even tried to get the bag repaired but no one will touch it, saying the leather has not been tanned properly.
