Title: Terrible Experience – Misleading Pictures & Poor Refund Policy I ordered from Semmil (Order #LSEGHT06400). The pictures on the website looked beautiful and convincing, so I trusted the company. But when the package arrived, I was shocked: the material was extremely thin, cheap, and nothing like the photos. The size and design didn’t match either. When I contacted customer service, instead of offering a proper solution, they told me to keep the item and accept a 10% refund only. This is unfair and feels like a ****. They refused to provide a clear return address or a full refund. This experience was very frustrating and disappointing. I will now dispute the charge through my bank/PayPal. I strongly warn others not to buy from Semmil because the advertising is misleading, the products are unusable, and the customer service is unhelpful.
