Shocking service

This is a company advertising very beautiful clothing for ladies. After placing my order for R1700, the name changed to "Shine" I was told that the order would be delivered in 25 days maximum. Mine only arrived after numerous messages to both Shine and the courier, taking 30 days. Then the delivery was wrong. I originally paid for 2 party dresses, but I received a single, very badly made ugly dress, nothing like my order. I was told to keep the dress (and there is no way it can be worn, its a joke) plus they would refund me 30% of the dress. No mention of the second dress. I've said I don't want the dress, I want a full refund. Seems that's not going to happen. I just want people to know that Semmil.com and Shine are not reputable and should be avoided like the plague! Thank you
