Photographer no giving fotos paid for.

Hi,

I got this photographer to take my daughters photos at the 2nd birthday party. She turned 4 in may this year and I have not received my picture. Terrible service delivery and she does not even respond to emails sent to her regarding my pictures that we have paid for.
