useless

I needed all the accesories that goes with this vacuum i bought by SEMCA and they send me a quote that I paid for now they don't want to send me what I paid for when i asked for a refund that also they don't want to give me. Now they want to settle it ? What is there to settle just give me my money back or send me my stuff i paid for how difficult is that????
