Semca in Pta West has rude service

Neels the owner and his staff are very rude and customers have to wait like beggars to be served outside on the dagga road. Their poor service goes hand in hand with their cheap chemicals. The bottle on their chemical spin off and do not close properly, their cleaning machine is made from poor quality fibre glass moulds designed in 1970 and made by hand, the machine self destructs in 1 week. You will spend R2000 every 6 months fixing the machine. Rather buy a computer designed carpet cleaning machine from the bigger companies. The only good thing is the vacuum cleaner and stuff that comes from China. I would recommend you use a professional cleaning supplier, just google for other companies.
