Rude Customer Service

I called a lady called Tanya Monday 14:18 to ask for a quote on a Vaccuum Cleaner and Chemicals I need. She said I must send an email and then they will sent me a quote. I send the email 14:30. Tuesday morning 09:30 I called again to here about the quote. Will the lady not tell me in a very rude way we are extremely busy and there is other customers with larger orders and they need to be helped first. The service was rude and unprofessional.
