Not Good

I started to buy from Semca from 2019, at least the first year or two was better. Now they have become so unreliable it's disgusting - I have to sent about 4 emails every time I order on the mails given on their website. 2 phone calls, 2 emails 21 Nov 2024 and a matter of urgency to order a part for my machine that I need for my business. The previous time I clearly mentioned on the email that delivery must be added, they sent a proforma without delivery cost, when I followed up they said they cant deliver because i didn't pay delivery. Maybe it's time they appoint new staff, or train the people about the importance of customer service.
