Would not recommend!!!

POOR POOR POOR HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I am very very unhappy with the horrible service and EMPTY PROMISES that was made by Jarred. I sent in my Macbook on Friday and they received it on Tuesday morning. i got no confirmation from them that my Macbook arrived on their premises I sent Jarred an email Tuesday afternoon to confirm if they received the laptop but no response, the next day I sent another email to follow up but still no response!! I then had to call him on Wednesday afternoon to ask and he then confirmed my macbook did arrive the previous morning and that I will get an answer Wednesday afternoon. Wednesday afternoon came and gone and I haven’t heard anything back from Jarred. i then sent another email on Thursday morning to ask what is going on I didnt get an answer from them! Jarred then apologised and said I will receive my quote on the same day and he confirmed with me twice that payment WILL be made on the same day (Thursday) afternoon. Now its 5pm Thursday afternoon and I have not received a cent. I tried contacting them on whatsapp but no response and now they’re closed and I havent received my money!!!
