Very unhappy

They quoted me on the website and I send them my brand new iPhone brand new cover and screen protector but once they received my phone they they low balled me with a very low offer. Feel ****med by these guys. When I complained to them they give me excuse about there rating systems. I never do business with them again .,👎👎
