Trustworthy

Great service. I decided to drop off my old phone at their Woodmead location as I’m not a big fan of dealing with courier services. The staff was very friendly and were very quick. I received an offer later that same day, but had to wait the entire weekend for payment as the sent me the offer too close to closing hours on a Friday. The offer was a bit lower than what was said on the website but not by much (which I did expect) and they explained it was because of the battery life, which is also mentioned on their website. Payment was made as promised on Monday at 4 o’clock and they use FNB so if you bank with FNB you’ll receiver the payment instantly. They are the only ones that I found to offer the most for your pre loved iPhones and I fully recommend them.
