I must be honest - I was really skeptical to try this at first because I have heard of so many people caught in ****s when selling their phones and I do not "in general" trust most of the online services available nowadays. I am blown away by the service, feedback and communication I have received through this whole process. The date for the courier was set - and they came to collect my phone on the day agreed - I immediately got an email that my phone was delivered and the same day my offer was finalized and accepted. I chose the option to wait a week for payment - trusting my gut that I will get my money and true as bob - not even 16:00 and my money was paid into my account on the day that they promised! WOW WOW WOW - a company that actually do what they say - when they say they are going to do it. How hard is that to find nowadays.
