Poor service

The services is very poor i ordered my earpods on Tuesday then they said they still waiting for payfast to update the payment .The next day i had to email them for the progress they said my order is being processed until thursday . I had to ask them on thursday how long they take to process the order thats when they told me that the delivery company got problems i had to give them pep adress for paxi delivery noone cornfirmed if they had recievef the email.On friday i had to ask them aout the progress of the delivery now they are telling me about sending them next im really dissapointed for sure this is poor service .
