Attention to customer service is fantastic. 99.99% delivery as per the date advertised. When I did have a problem with items purchased zero hassle returns at their cost.

Tried another big name retailer for 1 item just to see if the service was comparable but I'm waiting 23 days for an item dispatched on 01 December 2021.
