I would caution others when engaging with this website. Before proceeding further, I asked for the company’s CIPC registration number and VAT number (if applicable), which I consider standard due diligence when dealing with any property-related business.

Instead of providing these details, the response was defensive and dismissive, and the information was never supp****. I was not asking for anything out of whack.

I’m only sharing this so that others, especially for those under pressure to sell, are aware and can ensure they properly verify who they are dealing with before engaging further.
