Unprofessional behaviour and withholding of Rent
I would like to inform anyone not to deal with Sellmore Home in Pretoria. <br> I received unprofessional service and was charge Occuptional rent for a property I had already moved out off. March and April 2015 and to date have not been refunded my Occuptional Rent even after they accepted my Withdrawal of OTP.<br> Rude, rude people made a first timing buyig a nightmare<br> <br> Kind regards

Alleged short payment of occupational rental to client, was in fact lieu of the property being vacated by the client 2 months prior to her actual agreed date of evacuation.
