Poor service

I saw property on Property 24 was interested , phoned agent Suzet Pienaar went and view the property loved it . Meet with her August 22nd 2017 in Centurion . We fill in the contract they wanted 10% so that they can secure the property for us , we transfer the money to them . Now we want our money they keep on lying to us telling us they've transfered it whereas the is no such. PLEASE help us we need ur help
