Deposit Refund

Never deal will Sellmore homes. I will take your deposit.

Here is how they took my deposit and now it's a problem paying back. They advertised an insolvent vacant land in Zakariyya Park where the asking price was R80 000.00, I call the Real estate agent(Suzet Pienaar on her Cell phone: ********** ) who was allocated to selling the land and initiated the process of buying the Land, She sent to me Offer to Purchase in which my wife and I signed and sent back with the deposit of R60 000-00. Then they stopped communicating with me. I started to send them e-mail and calling them and still no feedback on the purchase . I then decided to cancel the my offer due to lack of communication. I then requested for a refund and I was told that it will take up to 10 working days for me to get back my R60 000-00 and the communication stopped again. During the 10 working days period I kept on sending e-mail asking if everything was in order but they was no response . After the 10 days still no refund, I then started sending e-mail and calling asking for feedback eventually Carol OLIVIER responded saying that she has transferred my money into my account. She kept on lying about the transfer then she stopped communicating with me. Then My wife started sending e-mail however no one responded.

I just want my money back but it looks like i will have to go to court before getting my money.
